I cannot imagine finding a Palm Springs real estate agent who is more professional, competent and "attention to detail" than Rob Kincaid of Greater Palm Springs Realty. Besides being fun, full of energy and very professional, Carol demonstrated two attributes that were really the key to making the real estate purchase happen for us. One is stamina. Our time in Palm Springs was quite limited, we needed to see several properties before we knew what we wanted, and it was 106 in the shade. Carol was undaunted.
